VOLA is a consortium of Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise Sector (VCSE) service providers operating in Liverpool City Region.  

The consortium exists to provide a formal structure for supporting the VCSE sector in relation to learning, skills, employment support and criminal justice services in Liverpool City Region.

VOLA promotes, organises and facilitates cooperation and partnership working between VCSE organisations.

VOLA supports capacity building in the sector by providing VCSE organisations providing them with support, information and services to enable them to deliver education and employment skills to people in their communities.
